Don’t worry, I don’t think there will ever be a time on HGTV where the Property Brothers aren’t on one of their TV shows! Yes, HGTV has announced that Jonathan and Drew Scott will be coming to our television screens again with a new series called Property Brothers: Forever Home!
The siblings will not be heading out and looking for property for people, but they will be taking the current homes of these people and redesigning them into their forever homes. Hence the name, Property Brothers: Forever Home!
The Property Brothers normally focus on flipping houses or bringing out the best resale value of these homes, but not this time around. HGTV said these new clients already consider their homes to be “the one” and they want to put roots down in this place. They can see themselves growing old in these house, but they want to unlock the home’s full potential.
That is where Jonathan and Drew come into play! They will be working together to help overhaul the house and bring out that potential, but while meeting the families’ specific needs and wishes.
So, how will Property Brothers: Forever Home work? The couple will head out with Drew, as they check out some nearby homes that have been renovated. This is where they will see things they like and things they don’t like. From there, Jonathan will take those likes and turn it into a reality while using state-of-the-art 3D graphics.
The couples will be presented with two animated options. These options will showcase what can be done to their forever home, especially on the budget they are allocating. The couples decide which look they want and then Jonathan gets to work to make sure those expectations are met when the renovations are completed!
Property Brothers: Forever Home will premiere Wednesday, May 29, at 9/8c on HGTV!
